My first experience with touchebyryna was amazing! It was last minute and yet she was able to fit me in. Customer service and hospitality was so welcoming and homey, I forgot I was getting my hair done! My experience with Joyce from booking the appointment to my hair being finished was very smooth. The communication was clear, I booked for medium knotless braids and the braids are done to a high standard. The prices are very reasonable for the service that you get as well as this I cannot complain about my experience and would highly recommend if you are based in the Hertfordshire area.
